Forged super-alloy-steel construction. Each unit is tested at 2.5 times the Working Load Limit. 100% magnaflux crack detection is specified. A sampling break test is performed for each lot. Fatigue testing is specified at 1.5 times WLL for 20,000 cycles. Pins receive 100% eddy-current flaw detection. The product is suitable for EN818-2 G80 chain.
